The New York City Department of Sanitation announced that in observance of Election Day, there will be NO trash, composting nor recycling collection on Tuesday, November 3rd, 2026.
- Residents who normally receive Tuesday trash, composting, or recycling collection may place their material at the curb Tuesday evening for collection beginning Wednesday, November 4th.
NOTE FOR ALL RESIDENTS: Collection delays may occur after a holiday. We appreciate patience as we work to collect the backlog of material.
