Second-graders at P.S. 207 have been rehearsing their lines since February for Jungle Book – and it showed! The young actors had a spectacular performance of the beloved Disney classic on Friday, May 8th, in the P.S. 207 auditorium at 4011 Fillmore Avenue.
Directed by Performing Arts teacher Kimberly Simek, the 2nd-graders told the story of Mowgli, Baloo, Bagheera and Shere Khan, with classic songs like “Bare Necessities” and “I Wanna Be Like You.”
