Marine Park – Good Turnout At 63rd Precinct Night Out Against Crime

Approximately 500 people, residents of the 63rd Precinct, attended the annual National Night Out Against Crime, which was held in Marine Park on Tuesday, August 2nd. It’s always a great opportunity to say hello to neighbors and build stronger connections with the NYPD, which was represented by the precinct’s Auxiliary Unit, steady sector cops and Neighborhood Coordination Officers.
Lots of anti-crime resources were available from various groups, and there was plenty of entertainment, giveaways and refreshments. Matrix Auto Collision provided the Matrix gaming truck and rides for kids, and there were two different dance groups from Elizabeth’s Dance Image.
Local elected officials and civic leaders were also in attendance, showing their support for NY’s Finest.
