I’m Lori-Ann, the owner and baker for Brown Butter Confectionery LLC. Brown Butter Confectionery is a Brooklyn-based home bakery that started from a love for baking and has grown into something truly special.
By day, I’m a full-time critical care nurse dedicated to caring for patients and their families. Then, in the evenings and on weekends, you’ll find me in the kitchen creating the cookies, brownies and other classic desserts that have become the heart of Brown Butter Confectionery.
Since my childhood, I have always been passionate about all things cooking and baking. This love of culinary arts has only grown over the years and manifested into my very own home bakery. Every recipe is thoughtfully developed, tested and perfected to deliver the rich flavors, comforting nostalgia and homemade quality that customers have come to love.
