Dear Chuck:
Happy Birthday in Heaven! It’s hard to believe that you left us 10 years ago; time really does fly by. We miss you and often reminisce about you and the good old days at the Canarsie Courier. In memory of your contributions to the community and for all the years you served as Managing Editor of our beloved community newspaper, East 92nd Street and Flatlands Avenue will be co-named in your honor on Saturday, August 5th at 1 p.m. It is going to be a great celebration, and we could not be prouder to have East 92nd Street named as a tribute to your legacy. Now every time we walk to the office, we will see your name displayed for all to see.
Rest in Peace, Dear Friend. You are always in our thoughts and will never be forgotten.
