In celebration of Purim, which took place on March 6th to 7th, the Chabad of Canarsie and Starrett City held a feast at the Young Israel of Canarsie, 1265 East 108th Street. Men, women and children enjoyed a delicious hot buffet. The mitzvos were performed, and the Megillah was read, which relates the story and miracles of Purim. Food packages were also given out, and there was face painting and balloon-twisting for the kids. Everyone had an amazing time!
