The Canarsie Library and Senator Persaud are teaming up to
Celebrate Period Action Day. The library is accepting donations
until October 13th, when Senator Persaud will be donating
menstrual hygiene kits outside the library. Enjoy a party at the
library with mental health advocates talking to teens about period
stigma, craft activities and ice cream.

On Saturday, October 21 we will be our Halloween-themed Pop-Up and the relaunch of The Voice Of Beauty. Between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm, vendors will be showcasing their products at Sylk Cove Lounge and The Xperience Coffee House & Juice Bar. Mark your calendars to explore, discover, and engage with the diverse offerings that these venues will have to offer. In addition to the vendor showcases, this special day will also mark the highly anticipated relaunch of one of our merchant members, The Voice Of Beauty. The Voice Of Beauty has always been known for its commitment to wellness and beauty. This relaunch signifies a new chapter in their journey to bring more excellence to the community. We invite everyone to attend these free events.
