It’s that time of year again – the new school year is around the corner, and Kings Plaza Mall gave back to the local community, on Saturday, August 24th, at the mall’s Center Court, with a Back-to-School Carnival in partnership with CaribStar Radio.
The three-hour event included games, prizes, face painters, balloon artists, music, giveaways and more. And for those who showed their same-day receipts of $50 or more from select Kings Plaza retailers, they received a free backpack filled with school supplies.
Kings Plaza also presented Canarsie’s P.S. 276 Louis Marshall School with a $2,500 donation!
