Scores of families flocked to Councilwoman Mercedes Narcisse’s new Community Office, at 5827 Flatlands Avenue, for a Toy Giveaway on Friday, December 16th.
There were toys, snacks, music and pizza, putting a smile on every child’s face.
“Seeing all the kids so happy just made my holidays,” Councilwoman Narcisse said. “I am so grateful for the opportunity to serve the people of the 46th Council District and organize events like this to bring cheer to families.”
