Assemblywoman Jaime Williams held her Annual Toy Distribution under a tent, outside her District Office at 5318 Avenue N, on Thursday, December 22nd, and the inclement, rainy weather couldn’t dampen anyone’s holiday spirit!
“Through generous donations of toys from partners, sponsors and community members, I am honored to be able to give away toys this holiday season to children in need from within our neighborhood,” Assemblywoman Williams said.
Kids lined up to receive a toy, thanks to the assemblywoman’s staff and members of the 63rd Precinct who helped hand them out. A special thanks to East Flatbush Village for setting up tents and to community partners, like P.S. 312 Student Council, Millennium Development and the Lions Club, among others, who make the event a big success.
