Community Christmas Party Draws Large Crowd

December 26, 2022

The Fellowship Tabernacle of Faith, in collaboration with The Bridge Multicultural & Advocacy Project, held its Second Annual Community Children Christmas Party at The Bridge, 1894 Flatbush Avenue, on Sunday, December 18th, where a fun time was had by all!

There was a fun magic show, children’s books for sale, free face painting for all the kids in attendance and plenty of refreshments too, like popcorn and cotton candy. And, what’s a Community Christmas Party without a visit from Santa?! Kids posed with Santa and shared their wish lists, and there were plenty of free toys distributed at the festive event.
Mark Meyer Appel, executive director of the Bridge, was in attendance to support the event along with members of the Haitian Family Resource Center. As the Bridge’s mission is to promote diversity and encourage people of all religions and cultures to work together, the venue was a perfect location to host a Community Party!
